About Spiderspun
Spiderspun is a web site created in 2000 by an Alpha-1 patient (me), who links the blogs from other Alphas (via
their permission or request) for the purpose of raising awareness and support about their genetic condition, Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency.
My Bio
Jak Sze Masz! I am an Artist and Designer by day, Avenger and Advocate by night,..and some weekends. I was diagnosed with Alpha-1 in 2000. I am lung-affected
with the ZZ phenotype. My lung function is around 23%. I've had three Lung Volume Reduction surgeries due to the condition. I am a Bohemian mix of Czech,
Polish, and German. I am inspired by the work of artist Alfons Mucha. I'm addicted
to music in all genres, it helps pass the time. I love life depsite problems. I am looking forward to tomorrow. Someday I'll create my online gallery.
